However, there are effective strategies to help reduce overall body fat, which includes abdominal fat. The strategies are:

Plan your diet with the right macronutrients

Prioritise weight training

Incorporate cardiovascular exercise

Use high-intensity training

Get enough sleep

Control stress

Maintain proper hydration

Avoid extreme diets

Be patient and persistent
